We work in a consultative and flexible way with Housing Associations ensuring that the best methodology is used in order to reach tenants.
We have experience in administering STATUS for Housing Associations and can now assist in the implementation of STAR. We can offer as much or as little help as is needed in obtaining the all important Tenant Feedback which in turn makes for a successful Housing Association.
We can print, despatch and receive the questionnaires back (using our pre-paid postal service), then enter the data from the questionnaires and produce results in the form of charts and tables. We can also assist in the submission of these finding to the TSA.
Along with this service we can offer ad-hoc surveys if there is a ‘hot topic’ which needs addressing urgently. We have over 1,000 interviewers so we can reach tenants who may not reply by post or online. All our interviewers are fully trained and abide by the MRS Code of Conduct so they know the right approach to take with their target audience.
If you have your tenants’ email addresses we can carry out online surveys. Telephone surveys can also be undertaken.
Questionnaire design comes naturally to us having been in market research for over 30 years and we can help you design a questionnaire that will address the issues important to you in a concise and easy to complete format. And, being a full service agency we can analyse results and present these to you at Board Meetings or conferences, if required.
